Easy Tortilla Soup

  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes, diced fine
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • tortilla chips
  • Mexican blend shredded cheese


  • Cook the chicken. (I usually boil it with some cumin and chili powder) and set aside until cool enough to cut. 
  • In a large pot, combine the tomato soup, pinto beans, chopped green chilies, corn, stewed tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  • Add the chicken and simmer for about 30 minutes. 
  • Serve with crumbled tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
